Holy Cow! This was delicious!
Our mangoes were getting a little over ripe so I chopped them up and put them in the freezer. I forgot about the mango for a few days, and then low and behold what did I stumble across just when we had decided it was cocktail time? You got it in one… the frozen mango. MANGO DAIQUIRI SLUSHY TIME!
- 2 shots white rum (Bacardi)
- about a cup of frozen mango
- the juice of one lime
- about a cup of ice
Throw it all in the blender and blend until prefect slushy slushiness. Fill a couple of glasses with the concoction and viola… yummy, yummy adult slushy! Enjoy!
Nice! We recently had gin tonic slushies when 2 cans of forgotten tonic exploded in the freezer. Cut the cans in half, scooped out the slush and added gin & lime, these silver lined clouds are what cruising is all about 😉

Sounds bloody marvellous! I might accidentally leave a couple cans of tonic in my freezer. 😝

top tip would be to accidentally leave them in a bag in the freezer… less mess!
